Le Conseil des arts d’Azerbaïdjan est une organisation non gouvernementale, une plateforme artistique internationale et indépendante créée en 2006. Son objectif principal est de promouvoir la culture et l’art, ainsi que de créer un environnement et une infrastructure pour le développement des industries créatives. En tant que membre du réseau du Conseil international des arts, actif dans plusieurs pays du monde, l’organisation s’engage à promouvoir la créativité et les arts sous différentes formes. Conformément à la mission de l’organisation, l’art et la culture azerbaïdjanais sont promus par le biais de nombreux projets sociaux et publics et qui renforcent le secteur en Azerbaïdjan, à savoir l’art visuel, l’artisanat, le théâtre, la musique et d’autres. Le Conseil des arts travaille au niveau local, régional, national et international, en façonnant les politiques et les pratiques culturelles et éducatives.

Le Conseil des arts travaille en étroite collaboration avec les agences gouvernementales, les missions diplomatiques et les médias pour mener à bien divers projets et initiatives. Il offre des opportunités de développement aux artistes, musiciens, artisans et autres jeunes et émergents en partageant des informations sur leur travail et en les aidant à se développer professionnellement. Grâce au vaste réseau de bureaux de représentation du Conseil des arts, il organise souvent des expositions et des festivals internationaux. Le Conseil des arts d’Azerbaïdjan est l’une des principales organisations du pays.

Afin de populariser l’art et les écoles de tissage de tapis, qui sont étroitement liés au riche patrimoine culturel de l’Azerbaïdjan, au mode de vie et aux anciennes traditions de son peuple, une exposition de tapis sera inaugurée dans la galerie Nur Art House à Bakou.
L’exposition présentera de nombreux exemples de tapis de conception classique et moderne, appartenant à différentes écoles de tissage de tapis en Azerbaïdjan. Des cours de maître en tissage de tapis seront également organisés. L’exposition ouvrira le 27 mars 2023 à 19h00 et durera jusqu’au 2 avril 2023. Il y aura 4 cours de maître sur le tissage de tapis. Ils auront lieu les 28, 29, 30 et 31 mars à 15h00 à la galerie Nur Art House.

The Arts Council Azerbaijan is a non-governmental organization, an international and independent art platform established in 2006. The main purpose of the organisation is to promote culture and art, as well as to create an environment and infrastructure for the development of creative industries. As a member of the International Council of Arts Network that is active in various countries around the world, they are committed to advancing creativity and arts in different forms. In keeping with the organisation mission, we promote Azerbaijani art and culture through numerous social and public projects and strengthen the the sector in Azerbaijan, namely visual art, craft sector, theater, music and others. Arts Council works locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, shaping cultural and education policies and practice – and acting as one of the regional champions to increase opportunities for people to participate, work in and enjoy the art and culture. To make this possible, Arts Council is working closely with government agencies, diplomatic missions and the media to carry out various projects and initiatives. It offers full coverage of the most exciting local art events by spreading information about art projects via different channels (including media, social media and publications). It also provides opportunities for networking and sharing experiences through a programme of exhibitions, workshops, lectures, talks, discussions and film screenings. It offers development opportunities to young and emerging artists, musicians, artisans and others by sharing information about their work and helping them to grow professionally. Having the big network of the Arts Council representative’s offices, it often organizes international exhibitions and festivals. Arts Council Azerbaijan is proud of being one of the leading organizations in the country.

In order to popularize the art and schools of carpet weaving, which are closely connected with the rich cultural heritage of Azerbaijan, the way of life and ancient traditions of its people, an exposition of carpets will be opened in Nur Art House Gallery in Baku.
The exhibition will present numerous examples of carpets of classical and modern design, belonging to various schools of carpet weaving in Azerbaijan. Master classes of carpet weaving will also be organised. The opening of the exhibition will be on 27 March 2023 at 19:00 and it will last till 2 April 2023. There will be 4 master classes of carpet weaving. Master classes will be on 28,29,30 and 31 of March at 15:00 at Nur Art House Gallery.
